The candidates who wish to apply for the ICG navik and yantrik exam 2022 you need to understand the eligibility criteria first and then apply according. The eligibility criteria are stated below:
- Age: the candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and should not be more than 22 years, however age relaxation scheme is available for the reserved category candidates.
- For the post of navik (general duty) the candidate must have his higher secondary education that is 10+2 done with 55% or more percentage with maths and physics as his main subjects from a recognised school board.
- For the post of navik (Domestic Branch) the candidate must have his matriculation done with 55% or more percentage from a recognised school board.
- For the post of yantrik the candidate must hold a regular diploma in engineering field with 65% or more aggregate from an AICTE recognised college.
The candidates who don’t fulfil the eligibility criteria their applications will not be considered. The candidates are advised to read the official notification for more clarity.
The ICG navik and yantrik exam 2022 will be conducted in 4 stages. The candidates who qualify in all the 4 stages will be given jobs. The stages are mentioned below:
- The written test stage: in this the candidates will have to answer an objective paper in a fixed time. The questions will be based on the syllabus of the post chosen by the candidate during online application procedure.
- Physical fitness stage: the candidates will have to face a sport event and give their best shot, height and weight will also be measured.
- Verification: police verification of the candidate, submitting of original documents will a part of this stage.
- The last stage is a final call for the candidates who fail to appear in stage 3 also the candidates will be sent for a training.
