The West Bengal Police department had decided to fill total of 652 vacant posts all over the state.

To qualify for the post, candidates have to pass through 4 stages of selection, first one is the physical standards test, the Second stage is the physical efficiency test after clearing the first 2 stages the 3^rd stage is written examination. And the last and final stage is document verification. The written exam was conducted on 26^th January 2022.

The written examination was successfully conducted on 26^th December 2021 in different centers all over India. The written was will be objective type exam. The exam was 85 marks exam. In the exam there were 85 multiple choice questions. 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer. The time given to complete the exam was 1 hour. There was also negative marking in the exam. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
